Brian Keith Robertson

Brian Keith Robertson, 61, of Muncie, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, February 2, 2024, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.

Brian was born on August 8, 1962, in Muncie, Indiana to Frank and Deanna Robertson. He attended Muncie Central High School. Brian last worked for AZZ Galvanizing, formerly Witt Industries. Brian attended The Light House of Jesus Christ years ago, and of recent years he attended Tabernacle of Praise, and T.O.P. Kickstart where he served on the worship team. Brian loved music and had played on several worship teams and bands, including Wine Skins and Set Free. Brian also enjoyed fishing, camping, and making his experimental dishes. Brian’s ministry was giving of himself to others and sharing the love of Christ.

Brian is survived by his loving wife, Julie Schaus (Drown) Robertson; his parents, Frank and Deanna (Koontz) Robertson; his brother, Kenny Robertson (wife Mary); three children, Braden Drown (wife Caitlin), Linnea Drown, and Ethan Drown; twelve grandchildren; and a huge number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Brian was preceded in death by two sisters, Tamara Lykins and Kendra Robertson.

A funeral service to celebrate Brian’s life will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, February 9, 2024, at Tabernacle of Praise Church, 2200 E. Fuson Rd. in Muncie. Pastor John Tyner will officiate. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery.

Friends and family may gather to share and remember from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, February 8, 2024, and also one hour prior to the funeral on Friday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to aid in funeral expenses in care of Gant Funeral Homes, 2215 S. Broadway St., Yorktown, IN 47396.
