Connie Jo (Davis) Hogue

Connie Jo Hogue, 79, of Yorktown, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at Yorktown Manor.

Connie was born on November 13, 1945, in  Houston, TX to the late James and Margaret Davis. She was a 1964 graduate of Yorktown High School. She married Ernie Hogue on November 14, 1976. Connie was a homemaker and had also worked as a clerk at various retail stores. She attended Riverside Baptist Church. Connie enjoyed shopping and dining out with her husband. Her family was her greatest joy.   

Connie is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Ernie Hogue; two daughters, Laurie Hogue (Jason Fugate) and Leanne Singh (Kamaljit); four grandchildren, Alayzia Williams (Seth), Jazalyn Fugate, Zofia Fugate, and Tony Carrillo; three great granddaughters, Clementine, Lillian, and Maisie; a brother, Eddie Davis; and a niece, Candace Davis.

Connie was preceded in death by an aunt, Evelyn Morrow, and a sister-in-law, Phyllis Davis.

Connie’s family will celebrate her life privately and remember the dimples of her sweet warm smile and wonderful laugh. Burial will be in Yorktown Overmire Cemetery.
