Tina Jill (Terry) Logan

Tina Jill Logan, 56, of Yorktown, passed away on Friday evening, September 22, 2023, at IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis following an extended illness.

Tina was born on October 24, 1966, in Muncie to Jerry and Linda Terry. She was a 1985 graduate of Cowan High School and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Ball State University. Tina worked as an RN for IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital for over 25 years, retiring in 2022. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Yorktown American Legion Auxiliary. Tina enjoyed gardening and cooking for her family. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.

Tina is survived by her loving husband, Rob Logan; three children, Valeri Caldwell (husband Steve), Natalie Selvey, and Daniel Selvey; two grandchildren, Mia and Macie Caldwell; her parents, Jerry and Linda Terry; four brothers, Jerry Terry (wife Ginny), Brad Terry (wife Kim), Michael Terry (wife Michelle), and Joseph Terry (wife Brooke); a sister, Sarah Sours (husband Steve) and several nieces and nephews.

Tina was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jesse Terry; grandmother, Tina Covington; and her grandparents, Maynard and Roberta Storie.

A funeral service to celebrate Tina’s life will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, October 2, 2023, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 4800 W. Robinwood Dr. in Muncie. Bishop Thad Hymas will officiate. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends and family may gather to share and remember from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Monday at the church.
